My pricing is Project based and is tailored to your specific shoot. Pricing may change from the below based on travel, venue specific costs, permits, or other factors. But here are some guidelines and starting points for my typical projects.

Portraits (Dance, Senior, Family, Engagement, Boudoir)
Mini Session: $150 - 20-minute session, basic editing, 8 digital photos (Follow me on Social Media to find out when I offer Mini Sessions!)
Basic Session: $350 - 1-hour session, advanced editing, 15 digital photos
Rockstar Session: $600 - 2-hour session, advanced editing, 30 digital photos (Boudoir requires a 2 hour session)

Weddings:
Basic Package: $2,000 - 6 hours of coverage, basic editing, and a minimum of 200 digital photos.
Rockstar Package: $3,500 - Full-day coverage, advanced editing, a minimum of 400 digital photos, and a photo album

Real Estate:
Under 2,000 sq ft: $200
Under 3,500 sq ft: $250
Over 4,000 sq ft: $300
All include basic editing

I'm based in the Washington DC/Northern Virginia area. But of course I travel! If you want me to head your way, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place.

My turn around time depends on season and type of project. It can be anywhere from 2 weeks for smaller portrait sessions to 8 weeks for larger events. Real Estate Projects require 24-48 hours to deliver.
